Where Are You on the Stress Continuum?
Stress occurs on a spectrum, from being Ready to Respond to Critical. We shift back and forth on this spectrum as we experience challenges, frustrations and experience traumatic events. Being “Resilient” means that we have practiced and developed the skills to bring ourselves back in to the “Green”. This is a PRACTICE. Just like learning any new skill, sometimes we need help to develop our proficiency.
