All first responders and their families have access to the education, resources, and mental health care they need to be mission ready in service and resilient in life.


OUR MISSION
Teton Interagency Peer Support team provides mental health support and stress management
for first responders in the Teton County, Wyoming community through
education, confidential peer support, and a direct link to mental health professionals.

Peer Support

Non-clinical, peer-to-peer engagement designed to reduce stress, encourage healthy coping strategies, identify helpful resources, and support personal and professional well-being.

Resources and education covering coping skills, emotional support, trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and stress awareness.

Clinical Services

Up to six free, confidential counseling sessions provided by licensed clinicians and psychologists for first responders and their immediate family members.

TIPS Tools

Practical, evidence-informed tools to support mental health and trauma response. Resources cover stress management, psychological first aid, and other strategies to help first responders recognize, address, and recover from the demands of the job.

Stress First Aid

Stress First Aid is a structured, evidence-informed approach that helps people cope after distressing events by promoting safety, connection, and hope to support emotional recovery.

The Stress Continuum

The Stress Continuum is a self-awareness tool that helps individuals recognize how stress affects their thoughts, emotions, and performance. and how to manage it early through awareness and support.

3-3-3 Protocol

The 3-3-3 Exposure Protocol is a structured follow-up tool that supports team members at key intervals in the days, weeks, and months following a significant exposure or incident.
